Great modern room in good condition and very amiable staff. Good services, the private parking was available onsite.

In short, the room was new-fashioned, extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom. The location was excellent, within walking distance of a glass-fronted skyscraper. The staff were welcoming every time I needed help.  

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were good, exceptionally nice location near to the main railway station, the city centre, and which is probably the worst area in Frankfurt. In the restaurant they served Vietnamese 

I recently had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, with a coffee machine available for that much-needed caffeine boost. The beds were also exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. 

It is a well-run and ideal property located in Bahnhofsviertel district near many restaurants, and buses, tram and taxis near by. I appreciated the staff, they are well experienced. It has magnificent and convenient location to a bar area. Distance to a restaurant takes 300 

Very helpful hotel employee, perfect breakfast, tidy rooms.

A little bit narrow entry into car parking with a bigger car (a wider car) you might have a problem.

the room was quiet as it was garden/yard view. the bed was firm but not disturbing.

elevator runs very slaw. carpets are old and dirty. towels looks used. the doors of the cabinet are made of 4 segments and difficult to open. everithing looks poor and not well mentained.

The hotel is conveniently located with trams right outside that go everywhere and trains a lot nearer than we thought. The Messe is close by, making it ideal for business travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious

Great location, clean room

Too expencive, sometimes like 5star hotel !

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right by a tram station, close to the city center and shopping areas, and within walking distance of the train station. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well-maintained. 

Its very near from the central rail station ,with a lot of options of public transport to the central area of the city .

The surrounding area is somehow desert on sundays and in late hours , but we didn´t have troubles .

Helpful and friendly staff. Nearness to Musikmesse. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms (with windows shut).

The air conditioning did not come on. The manager said that it comes on when the outside temperature reached 18 degrees. However, it was about 25 degrees in the room. A tram station outside meant it was noisy with the windoiw open. I will book again next year if the air conditioning works. Otherwise I will go somewhere else.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central railway station, making it easy to access and explore the city. It is also close to supermarkets and within walking distance of the old town.

The hotel lacks a gym or pool for guests to enjoy during their stay.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. They were spotless and well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient. Just a short walk away, there
